This Agreement contains the terms and purchase policies on the PixM Photo Video website between you (“the Customer” and / or the people you represent) and PixM. Reception of product by the customer

14 days*

We will exchange* or refund ** the cameras, video cameras, lenses, flashes, light sets, accessories within 14 days of receipt of your order. (See Policy: Condition of Goods below.) In the event of a defect, products may be exchanged for the same or equivalent product within 15 days of receipt of your order.

30 days

We will be happy to exchange most items you have purchased online or in store within 30 days of receiving your order.*

Non-refundable and non-exchangeable items

We regret not being able to offer you a refund or exchange for the following items: drones, printers, memory cards, perishable products, photo papers, ink cartridges, software, special or made-to-order items, and items in final sale.

*State of the goods

The product must be returned intact and in its original packaging, including: blank warranty cards, user manuals, UPC code and any article or accessory supplied by the manufacturer. If the product is returned incomplete or damaged, the return may be refused or the credit may be subject to a restocking fee following verification of the merchandise.

**Refund charge of 10% on merchandise refund or credit note free of charge.


In order for PixM to process your return, the returned item must be accompanied by the original invoice or a copy of the electronic invoice.

Authorized Merchandise Return (RMA) Authorization Number

No parcel will be accepted without RMA number. To obtain an authorization number, please contact [email protected] OR one of our specialized advisors at 819 758-7536. The item must be returned to us within 5 business days of the issuance of the RMA.

Refund method

Once we have received the package and we have declared the article in accordance with our terms and conditions, we can proceed to the credit, which will be worn according to the method of payment used at the time of purchase. An email notification will advise you of the procedures. Please allow time for your refund to appear on your statement from your financial institution.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are not refundable except in the event that you return a product due to a delivery error or a reported defect within 15 days. The customer is liable for any loss or damage that may occur during the return transport. We suggest you use Canada Post (with tracking #) or Purolator.
