This Agreement sets forth the terms and policies for purchasing on the PixM Photo Video website between you (the "Customer" and/or the persons you represent) and PixM. By placing an order, you signify that you have read and understood this Agreement and accept the implications of its terms and policies, which are legally binding on you under applicable laws and regulations.

Price
The total cost of your purchase will be indicated on your order confirmation. Payment must be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). At the time of ordering, the transaction amount will be blocked on your account until delivery from our warehouse, when it will then be charged to your account. This will allow us to contact you in case of problems before charging you. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped. Any order will be considered valid only when PixM approves it. PixM reserves the right to refuse any sale for any reason it deems valid. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices listed on our website do not include shipping and handling and applicable taxes, which will be added at the time of invoicing. Taxes from your province of residence will be applied to all purchases. All prices and other amounts appearing on our website are in Canadian dollars.

In the event that your order exceeds the products available in store, an employee will contact you to inform you of the situation and take the necessary measures.
Purchases made by minors
Persons under the age of majority may not make online purchases. If you wish to make an online purchase, please ask a duly appointed parent or guardian for assistance to make this purchase with you.
Delivery
The amount is indicated on your order... We use the following carriers: Purolator Express and Canada Post for Quebec and Ontario. All other provinces are subject to review by our administration on costs and mode of transport...
Receipt of the product by the customer
The customer must examine the ordered product upon receipt. If an item is damaged or missing, you must notify PixM as soon as possible. PixM will not accept any claims after a period of 5 (five) business days.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
14 days*
We will exchange* or we will refund** cameras, video cameras, lenses, flashes, light sets, accessories within 14 days of receiving your order. (See the policy: Condition of the goods below.) In the event of a defect, the products may be exchanged for the same or equivalent product within 15 days of receiving your order.
30 days
We will be happy to exchange most items you purchased online or in-store within 30 days of receiving your order.*
Non-refundable and non-exchangeable items
We regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for the following items: drones, printers, memory cards, perishable goods, photo paper, ink cartridges, software, special order or custom items, and clearance items.
*Condition of the goods
The product must be returned intact and in its original packaging, including: blank warranty cards, user manuals, UPC code and any items or accessories provided by the manufacturer. If the product is returned incomplete or damaged, the return may be refused or the credit may be subject to a restocking fee following verification of the merchandise.

Bill
In order for PixM to process your return, the returned item must be accompanied by the original invoice or a copy of the electronic invoice.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
No package will be accepted without an RMA number. To obtain an authorization number, contact us by email at info@pixm.com OR with one of our specialized advisors at 819 758-7536. The item must be returned to us within 5 business days following the issuance of the RMA.
Refund Method
Once we receive your package and declare the item to be in compliance with our terms and conditions, we will process the credit, which will be applied to the payment method used for the purchase. You will receive an email notification of the process. Please allow some time for your refund to appear on your financial institution statement.
Shipping costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless you are returning a product due to a delivery error or a defect reported within 15 days. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during return shipping. We suggest using Canada Post (with # tracking) or Purolator.
