30 days Satisfaction


You didn’t make the right choice? Be without fear and exchange your product free of charge for a maximum period of 30 days. For a refund, the period is 14 days. (See additional details below) Do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service by chat, or by phone at 1 800 563-7536 so that we can assist you in selecting the right product, according to your needs. Some restriction apply. *

Here is the refund and exchange period:

  • Refund: Fourteen (14) days after purchase in a physical store or from the date of receipt by shipment. 10% refund charge fee applicable. Shipping is not refundable, if you return your order.
  • Exchange or credit note up to thirty (30) days following purchase in physical store or following the date of receipt by shipment.

*The product must be returned intact and in its original packaging, including: blank warranty vouchers, user manuals, CUP code and any item or accessory provided by the manufacturer. If the product is returned incomplete or damaged, the return may be refused or the credit may be subject to an additional inventory fee following the verification of the goods. (Photo or video cameras are subject to a limit of 500 triggers or 30 minutes of recording. Otherwise, they will be subject to a restocking fee.)

In the event of a defect, the products may be exchanged for the same or equivalent product within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please note that the costs related to refused deliveries and uncollected packages may be charged to the customer, unless the reason for the refused delivery is that the package was damaged in transit.

Non-refundable and non-exchangeable items

We regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange for the following items:

  • All DJI products
  • All types of flash or continuous light (example GODOX, ELINCHROM, PROMASTER, etc…)
  • GIFT CARD
  • Software
  • Memory card or external memory
  • Film
  • Paper and chemistry
  • Battery
  • Bulb
  • Ink cartridge
  • Printer
  • Photo album
  • Personalized photo/gift service and printing
  • Special orders and “open box” items

Items in clearance are only eligible for in-store credit.

RMA – Return of goods authorized

In order for PixM to process your return, the returned item must be accompanied by the original invoice or a copy of the electronic invoice. No packages will be accepted without an RMA number. To obtain an authorization number, contact by email [email protected] OR call one of our specialized advisors at 1 800 563-7536. The item must be returned to us within 5 working days of the issuance of the RMA.

In the case of an exchange or return, the transport costs must be prepaid and borne by the customer. PixM cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to the equipment.

Method of reimbursement

Refunds will be made with the same method as at the time of purchase. Refunds of expired or cancelled cards are managed by the card issuer and, in most cases, credited to the customer’s replacement card.
