Our team of professionals is fully qualified to inspect and even repair your device before sending it for service. In our experience, repairs aren't always necessary. Rest assured, we'll have your device repaired by the best technicians. We'll take care of it and send it to the nearest authorized repair center. All centers charge a service fee and provide an estimate.

The approximate time for a repair is 3 to 4 weeks. The time may be longer depending on the manufacturer's stock level and parts availability.

**Proof of purchase is required from a valid Canadian retailer for manufacturer's warranty eligibility.

Please note that the manufacturer's warranty never covers damage caused by water or sand infiltration or by impact.

The estimated cost varies depending on the type of device and the manufacturer.

These costs are deductible from the cost of repairs if the estimate is accepted.

We can clean your sensor. The turnaround time is approximately 24-48 hours. We suggest you come to the store with a fully charged battery and charger (if needed). We clean APS-C and full-frame sensors on-site.

If your lenses aren't performing as well as they should, we can micro-position them. (Available on select devices only. Ask a store associate for details.) The turnaround time is approximately 24-48 hours. We suggest you come to the store with your fully charged battery and charger (if needed).
