49mm Protection Filter – Pure Light

This ProMaster 49mm Pure Light filter protects your valuable lens from elements like sand, dirt, oil, water, and even fingerprints without sacrificing clarity or interfering with the natural light entering your camera.

Thanks to a special combination of hydrophobic coatings and finely polished SchottTM B270 optical glass, Pure Light Protection filters have an extremely high light transmission index, very low light reflectivity, and are color-neutral. This equates to a pure image transfer to your camera's digital sensor or film. Not only do these filters provide excellent protection for your lens against sand, dirt, oil, water, and fingerprints, but they are also easy to clean.

Each Pure Light filter features a matte black coating applied to the very edge of its glass before being carefully placed in its anodized aluminum frame. This reduces the possibility of internal reflections as light passes through.

All ProMaster Pure Light filters have the same filter thread on the front and rear, so they're compatible with your lens cap and can be stacked with other filters of the same size. They also come in a beautiful, eco-friendly snap-on case.

The plastic case has two functions:

It offers minimalist packaging.
It acts as a storage box for your filter when not in use.
