Here is the refund or exchange period:
*The product must be returned intact and in its original packaging, including: blank warranty cards, user manuals, UPC code and any items or accessories provided by the manufacturer. If the product is returned incomplete or damaged, the return may be refused or the credit may be subject to an additional restocking fee following the merchandise inspection. (Photo or video cameras are subject to a limit of 500 shots or 30 minutes of recording. Otherwise, they will be subject to a restocking fee.)
In the event of a defect, the products may be exchanged for the same or equivalent product within 15 days of receipt of your order at our expense.
Please note that charges for refused deliveries and uncollected packages may be charged to the customer, unless the reason for the refused delivery is that the package was damaged in transit.
Non-refundable and non-exchangeable items
We regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for the following items:

RMA – Return Merchandise Authorization
In order for PixM to process your return, the returned item must be accompanied by the original invoice or a copy of the electronic invoice. No packages will be accepted without an RMA number. To obtain an authorization number, contact us by email at info@pixm.com OR with one of our specialist advisors at 1 800 563-7536The item must be returned to us within 5 business days of the RMA being issued.
In the case of an exchange or return, shipping costs must be prepaid and borne by the customer. PixM cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original purchase. Refunds for expired or canceled cards are handled by the card issuer and, in most cases, credited to the customer's replacement card.
